         PATRICIA CLARK BOSTON AIR ROUTE TRAFFIC CONTROL CENTER

  The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the 
motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 1092) to designate 
the air route traffic control center located in Nashua, New Hampshire, 
as the ``Patricia Clark Boston Air Route Traffic Control Center'', on 
which the yeas and nays were ordered.
  The Clerk read the title of the bill.
  The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the 
gentleman from Illinois (Mr. Rodney Davis) that the House suspend the 
rules and pass the bill.
  This is a 5-minute vote.

on Motion to Suspend the Rules and Pass, to designate the new 
Interstate Route 70 bridge over the Mississippi River connecting St. 
Louis, Missouri, and southwestern Illinois as the ``Stan Musial 
Veterans Memorial Bridge'', I am not recorded because I was absent due 
to a death in the family. Had I been present, I would have voted 
``yea.''
  Mr. Speaker, on rollcall No. 288 on H.R. 1092, on Motion to Suspend 
the Rules and Agree, To designate the air route traffic control center 
located in Nashua, New Hampshire, as the Patricia Clark Boston Air 
Route Traffic Control Center'', I am not recorded because I was absent 
due to a death in the family. Had I been present, I would have voted 
``yea.''
