  The following concurrent resolutions and Senate resolutions were

           By Mr. INHOFE (for himself and Ms. Landrieu):
       S. Res. 190. A resolution expressing the sense of the 
     Senate that foreign assistance for child welfare should 
     adhere to the goals of the United States Government Action 
     Plan on Children in Adversity; to the Committee on Foreign 
     Relations.
           By Mr. ENZI (for himself, Mr. Barrasso, Mr. Baucus, Mr. 
             Crapo, Mr. Inhofe, Mr. Johnson of South Dakota, Mr. 
             Johanns, Ms. Heitkamp, Mr. Merkley, Mr. Reid, Mr. 
             Risch, and Mr. Tester):
       S. Res. 191. A resolution designating July 27, 2013, as 
     ``National Day of the American Cowboy''; to the Committee on 
     the Judiciary.
           By Mr. CASEY (for himself and Mr. Toomey):
       S. Res. 192. A resolution commemorating the 150th 
     anniversary of the Battle of Gettysburg and the significance 
     of this battle in the history of the United States; 
     considered and agreed to.

       S. Con. Res. 19. A concurrent resolution providing for a 
     conditional adjournment or recess of the Senate and an 
     adjournment of the House of Representatives; considered and 
     agreed to.
