 MOTION TO INSTRUCT CONFEREES ON H.R. 2642, FEDERAL AGRICULTURE REFORM 
                    AND RISK MANAGEMENT ACT OF 2013

  The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the 
motion to instruct on the bill (H.R. 2642) to provide for the reform 
and continuation of agricultural and other programs of the Department 
of Agriculture through fiscal year 2018, and for other purposes, 
offered by the gentleman from Minnesota (Mr. Peterson) on which the 
yeas and nays were ordered.
