    CONGRESSIONAL EARMARKS, LIMITED TAX BENEFITS, OR LIMITED TARIFF 
                                BENEFITS

  Under clause 8 of rule XXI, lists or statements on congressional 
earmarks, limited tax benefits, or limited tariff benefits were 
submitted as follows:

       The amendments to be offered by Representative Hastings of 
     Washington, or a designee, to H.R. 1965, does not contain any 
     congressional earmarks, limited tax benefits, or limited 
     tariff benefits as defined in clause 9 of rule XXI.
       The amendment to be offered by Representative Tonko, or a 
     designee to H.R. 3301, the North American Energy 
     Infrastructure Act, does not contain any congressional 
     earmarks, limited tax benefits, or limited tariff benefits as 
     defined in clause 9 or rule XXI.
       The amendment to be offered by Representative Tonko, or a 
     designee to H.R. 1900, the Natural Gas Pipeline Permitting 
     Reform Act, does not contain any congressional earmarks, 
     limited tax benefits, or limited tariff benefits as defined 
     in clause 9 of rule XXI.
