  The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 4 of rule I, the 
following enrolled bills were signed by Speaker pro tempore Thornberry 
on Thursday, December 18, 2014:
  H.R. 1068, to enact title 54, United States Code, ``National Park 
Service and Related Programs'', as positive law;
  H.R. 2901, to strengthen implementation of the Senator Paul Simon 
Water for the Poor Act of 2005 by improving the capacity of the United 
States Government to implement, leverage, and monitor and evaluate 
programs to provide first-time or improved access to safe drinking 
water, sanitation, and hygiene to the world's poorest on an equitable 
and sustainable basis, and for other purposes;
  H.R. 3608, to amend the Act of October 19, 1973, concerning taxable 
income to members of the Grand Portage Band of Lake Superior Chippewa 
  H.R. 4030, to designate the facility of the United States Postal 
Service located at 18640 NW 2nd Avenue in Miami, Florida, as the 
``Father Richard Marquess-Barry Post Office Building'';
  H.R. 5771, to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend 
certain expiring provisions and make technical corrections, to amend 
the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide for the tax treatment of 
ABLE accounts established under State programs for the care of family 
members with disabilities, and for other purposes.
