REPORT ON RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR CONSIDERATION OF H.R. 1927, FAIRNESS 
                 IN CLASS ACTION LITIGATION ACT OF 2015

  Mr. COLLINS of Georgia, from the Committee on Rules, submitted a 
privileged report (Rept. No. 114-389) on the resolution (H. Res. 581) 
providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 1927) to amend title 28, 
United States Code, to improve fairness in class action litigation, 
which was referred to the House Calendar and ordered to be printed.
