  Ms. MURKOWSKI. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 423, S. 2614.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (S. 2614) to amend the Violent Crime Control and Law 
     Enforcement Act of 1994, to reauthorize the Missing 
     Alzheimer's Disease Patient Alert Program, and to promote 
     initiatives that will reduce the risk of injury and death 
     relating to the wandering characteristics of some children 
     with autism.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Ms. MURKOWSKI. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Grassley-Schumer substitute amendment be agreed to, and the bill, as 
amended, be read a third time.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The amendment (No. 4976) in the nature of a substitute was agreed to.
  (The amendment is printed in today's Record under ``Text of 
Amendments.'')
  The bill was ordered to be engrossed for a third reading and was read 
the third time.
  Ms. MURKOWSKI: I know of no further debate on this measure.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Hearing no further debate, the bill having 
been read the third time, the question is, Shall it pass?
  The bill (S. 2614), as amended, was passed.
  Ms. MURKOWSKI. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the motion 
to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table.
