                               AMENDMENTS

  Under clause 8 of rule XVIII, proposed amendments were submitted as 
follows:

                               H.R. 4974

                          Offered By: Mr. Bost

       Amendment No. 1: At the end of the bill (before the short 
     title), add the following new section:
       Sec. 417. None of the funds made available by this Act may 
     be used to propose, plan for, or execute a new or additional 
     Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) round.

                               H.R. 4974

                       Offered By: Mr. Ratcliffe

       Amendment No. 2: At the end of the bill (before the short 
     title), add the following:
       Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may 
     be used to propose, plan for, or execute a new or additional 
     Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) round.

       Amendment No. 3: At the end of the bill (before the short 
     title), add the following:
       Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may 
     be used to implement, administer, or enforce Veterans Health 
     Administration directive 2011-004 (or directive of the same 
     substance) with respect to the prohibition on ``VA providers 
     from completing forms seeking recommendations or opinions 
     regarding a Veteran's participation in a State marijuana 
     program''.
