  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, the Senate will 
resume consideration of the Long nomination, which the clerk will 
report.
  The legislative clerk read the nomination of Brock Long, of North 
Carolina, to be Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management 
Agency, Department of Homeland Security.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, the question is, 
Will the Senate advise and consent to the Long nomination?
