At the request of Mr. Toomey, his name was added as a cosponsor of S. 11, supra. S. 17 At the request of Mr. Sasse, the names of the Senator from Wisconsin (Mr. Johnson), the Senator from Delaware (Mr. Carper), the Senator from Hawaii (Mr. Schatz), the Senator from Wisconsin (Ms. Baldwin), the Senator from Iowa (Mrs. Ernst) and the Senator from Wyoming (Mr. Enzi) were added as cosponsors of S. 17, a bill to ensure the Government Accountability Office has adequate access to information. Res. 2, a joint resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States relative to limiting the number of terms that a Member of Congress may serve. S.
