H.R. 1699, to amend the Truth in Lending Act to modify the definitions of a mortgage originator and a high-cost mortgage, to amend the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 to modify the definition of a loan originator, and for other purposes (H. Rept. 115–416);
H.R. 1735, to direct the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency to issue guidance regarding implementation of certain buy-outs or the acquisition of property for open space as a flood mitigation measure, and for other purposes, with amendments (H. Rept. 115–417);
H.R. 1758, to amend the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 to modify provisions relating to brownfield remediation grants, and for other purposes, with an amendment (H. Rept. 115–419, Part 1);
