       Mr. HENSARLING: Committee on Financial Services. H.R. 1699. 
     A bill to amend the Truth in Lending Act to modify the 
     definitions of a mortgage originator and a high-cost 
     mortgage, to amend the Secure and Fair Enforcement for 
     Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 to modify the definition of a 
     loan originator, and for other purposes (Rept. 115-416). 
     Referred to the Committee of the Whole House on the state of 
     the Union.
       Mr. SHUSTER: Committee on Transportation and 
     Infrastructure. H.R. 1735. A bill to direct the Administrator 
     of the Federal Emergency Management Agency to issue guidance 
     regarding implementation of certain buy-outs or the 
     acquisition of property for open space as a flood mitigation 
     measure, and for other purposes; with amendments (Rept. 115-
     417). Referred to the Committee of the Whole House on the 
     state of the Union.
       Mr. SHUSTER: Committee on Transportation and 
     Infrastructure. H.R. 3176. A bill to prohibit the Federal 
     Emergency Management Agency from recouping certain 
     assistance, and for other purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 
     115-418). Referred to the Committee of the Whole House on the 
     state of the Union.
       Mr. SHUSTER: Committee on Transportation and 
     Infrastructure. H.R. 1758. A bill to amend the Comprehensive 
     Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 
     1980 to modify provisions relating to brownfield remediation 
     grants, and for other purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 115-
     419, Pt. 1). Ordered to be printed.
       Mr. HENSARLING: Committee on Financial Services. H.R. 3702. 
     A bill to increase from $10,000,000,000 to $50,000,000,000 
     the threshold figure at which regulated depository 
     institutions are subject to direct examination and reporting 
     requirements of the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection, 
     and for other purposes (Rept. 115-420). Referred to the 
     Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union.
       Mr. BISHOP of Utah: Committee on Natural Resources. H.R. 
     3469. A bill to designate

     the bridge located in Blount County, Tennessee, on the 
     Foothills Parkway (commonly known as ``Bridge 2'') as the 
     ``Dean Stone Bridge'' (Rept. 115-421). Referred to the House

       Mr. BISHOP of Utah: Committee on Natural Resources. H.R. 
     3905. A bill to require congressional approval of any mineral 
     withdrawal or monument designation involving the National 
     Forest System lands in the State of Minnesota, to provide for 
     the renewal of certain mineral leases in such lands, and for 
     other purposes (Rept. 115-422). Referred to the Committee of 
     the Whole House on the state of the Union.
