                      PUBLIC BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS

  Under clause 2 of rule XII, public bills and resolutions of the 
following titles were introduced and severally referred, as follows:

           By Mr. KIND (for himself and Mr. Sensenbrenner):
       H.R. 4454. A bill to support State and tribal efforts to 
     develop and implement management strategies to address 
     chronic wasting disease among deer, elk, and moose 
     populations, to support applied research regarding the causes 
     of chronic wasting disease and methods to control the further 
     spread of the disease, and for other purposes; to the 
     Committee on Agriculture, and in addition to the Committee on 
     Natural Resources, for a period to be subsequently determined 
     by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such 
     provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee 
     concerned.
           By Mr. DENHAM (for himself and Mr. Capuano):
       H.R. 4455. A bill to amend the Robert T. Stafford Disaster 
     Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to improve mitigation 
     assistance, and for other purposes; to the Committee on 
     Transportation and Infrastructure.
           By Mr. BABIN:
       H.R. 4456. A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 
     1986 to allow a deduction for amounts paid for medical 
     expenses to a health care sharing ministry, and for other 
     purposes; to the Committee on Ways and Means.
           By Mr. LAMBORN (for himself, Mr. Meadows, and Mr. 
             Franks of Arizona):
       H.R. 4457. A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to 
     establish the Veterans Accountable Care Organization and to 
     provide veterans access to private health insurance plans, 
     and for other purposes; to the Committee on Veterans' 
     Affairs, and in addition to the Committees on Ways and Means, 
     Oversight and Government Reform, Energy and Commerce, and 
     Armed Services, for a period to be subsequently determined by 
     the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such 
     provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee 
     concerned.
