McMahon, of Connecticut, to be Administrator of the Small Business Administration; and that the time until 11 a.m. be equally divided in the usual form, and that following the use or yielding back of time, Senate vote on confirmation of the nomination, with no intervening action or debate; and that no further motions be in order.
