          MESSAGES FROM THE HOUSE RECEIVED DURING ADJOURNMENT

  Under the authority of the order of the Senate of January 3, 2017, 
the Secretary of the Senate, on March 16, 2017, during the adjournment 
of the Senate, received a message from the House of Representatives 
announcing that the House had passed the following joint resolution, 
without amendment:

       S.J. Res. 1. Joint resolution approving the location of a 
     memorial to commemorate and honor the members of the Armed 
     Forces who served on active duty in support of Operation 
     Desert Storm or Operation Desert Shield.


                          Enrolled Bill Signed

  Under the authority of the order of the Senate of January 3, 2017, 
the Secretary of the Senate, on March 16, 2017, during the adjournment 
of the Senate, received a message from the House of Representatives 
announcing that the Speaker had signed the following enrolled bill:

       H.R. 1362. An act to name the Department of Veterans 
     Affairs community-based outpatient clinic in Pago Pago, 
     American Samoa, the Faleomavaega Eni Fa'aua'a Hunkin VA 
     Clinic.

  Under the authority of the order of the Senate of January 3, 2017, 
the enrolled bill was signed on March 20, 2017, during the adjournment 
of the Senate, by the President pro tempore (Mr. Hatch).


                   Enrolled Joint Resolutions Signed

  Under the authority of the order of the Senate of January 3, 2017, 
the Secretary of the Senate, on March 17, 2017, during the adjournment 
of the Senate, received a message from the House of Representatives 
announcing that the Speaker had signed the following enrolled joint 
resolutions:

       S.J. Res. 1. Joint resolution approving the location of a 
     memorial to commemorate and honor the members of the Armed 
     Forces who served on active duty in support of Operation 
     Desert Storm or Operation Desert Shield.
       H.J. Res. 42. Joint resolution disapproving the rule 
     submitted by the Department of Labor relating to drug testing 
     of unemployment compensation applicants.

  Under the authority of the order of the Senate of January 3, 2017, 
the enrolled joint resolutions were signed on March 20, 2017, during 
the adjournment of the Senate, by the President pro tempore (Mr. 
Hatch).
