United States Semiquincentennial Commission--Appointment: Read a letter from Representative Pelosi, Minority Leader, in which she appointed the following individuals from private life to the United States Semiquincentennial Commission: Grant Hill of Orlando, Florida, Amy Gutmann of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Noah Griffin of San Francisco, California.
