                             AND H.R. 4199

Ms. DeLAURO. Mr. Speaker, I ask unanimous consent that I may
hereafter be considered to be the primary sponsor of both H.R. 1587 and
H.R. 4199, bills originally introduced by Representative Slaughter of
New York, for the purposes of adding cosponsors and requesting
reprintings pursuant to clause 7 of rule XII.
The SPEAKER pro tempore (Mr. Budd). Is there objection to the request
of the gentlewoman from Connecticut?
  There was no objection.
