             SERGEANT ERNEST I. ``BOOTS'' THOMAS VA CLINIC

  Mr. ROE of Tennessee. Mr. Speaker, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Committee on Veterans' Affairs be discharged from further consideration 
of the bill (H.R. 4687) to designate the health care center of the 
Department of Veterans Affairs in Tallahassee, Florida, as the Sergeant 
Ernest I. ``Boots'' Thomas VA Clinic, and for other purposes, and ask 
for its immediate consideration in the House.
  The SPEAKER pro tempore. The Clerk will report the title of the bill.
  Will the gentleman from Tennessee submit a copy of the bill to the 
desk.
