Reports Filed: Reports were filed today as follows:
H.R. 5513, to provide for an exchange of lands with San Bernardino County, California, to enhance management of lands within the San Bernardino National Forest, and for other purposes, with an amendment (H. Rept. 115–996);
H.R. 5787, to amend the Coastal Barrier Resources Act to give effect to more accurate maps of units of the John H. Chafee Coastal Barrier Resources System that were produced by digital mapping of such units, and for other purposes, with an amendment (H. Rept. 115–997); and
H.R. 6118, to direct the Secretary of the Interior to annually designate at least one city in the United States as an ``American World War II Heritage City'', and for other purposes (H. Rept. 115–998).
Speaker: Read a letter from the Speaker wherein he appointed Representative Arrington to act as Speaker pro tempore for today.
Guest Chaplain: The prayer was offered by the Guest Chaplain, Chaplain Amber Murrell, United States Air Force, Arlington Cemetery, Arlington, VA.
