NATIONAL QUANTUM INITIATIVE ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the question on
suspending the rules and concurring in the Senate amendment to the bill
(H.R. 6227) to provide for a coordinated Federal program to accelerate
quantum research and development for the economic and national security
of the United States.

The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentleman from Texas (Mr. Smith) that the House suspend the rules and
concur in the Senate amendment.
