                      HOUR OF MEETING ON TOMORROW

  Mr. COLLINS of Georgia. Mr. Speaker, pursuant to clause 4 of rule 
XVI, I move that when the House adjourns today, it adjourn to meet at 
noon tomorrow.
  The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
