                        APPROPRIATIONS ACT, 2019

  The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to House Resolution 996 and rule 
XVIII, the Chair declares the House in the Committee of the Whole House 
on the state of the Union for the further consideration of the bill, 
H.R. 6147.

  Accordingly, the House resolved itself into the Committee of the 
Whole House on the state of the Union for the further consideration of 
the bill (H.R. 6147) making appropriations for the Department of the 
Interior, environment, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending 
September 30, 2019, and for other purposes, with Mr. Hultgren (Acting 
Chair) in the chair.
  The Clerk read the title of the bill.
  The Acting CHAIR. When the Committee of the Whole rose on Tuesday, 
July 17, 2018, amendment No. 41 printed in House Report 115-830 offered 
by the gentleman from Virginia (Mr. Beyer) had been disposed of.
