[Congressional Record Volume 164, Number 125 (Wednesday, July 25, 2018)] [Page S5390] From the Congressional Record Online through the Government Publishing Office [www.gpo.gov] MEASURES READ THE FIRST TIME--H.R. 184 and H.R. 1201 Mr. MORAN. Mr. President, I understand that there are two bills at the desk, and I ask for their first reading en bloc. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will read the bills by title en bloc for the first time. The legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (H.R. 184) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the excise tax on medical devices. A bill (H.R. 1201) to amend section 5000A of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide an additional religious exemption from the individual health coverage mandate, and for other purposes. Mr. MORAN. Mr. President, I now ask for a second reading, and I object to my own request, all en bloc. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Objection having been heard, the bills will be read for the second time on the next legislative day. ____________________
