                               MEMORIALS

  Under clause 3 of rule XII,

       1. The SPEAKER presented a memorial of the Senate of the 
     State of Ohio, relative to Senate Concurrent Resolution 
     Number 21, urging the Congress of the United States to enact 
     bills advancing the development of an Appalachian storage 
     hub; which was referred to the Committee on Energy and 
     Commerce.
