                              APPOINTMENT

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The Chair, pursuant to Public Law 115-232, on 
behalf of the Democratic Leader of the Senate and the Vice Chairman of 
the Select Committee on Intelligence, appoints the following individual 
as a member of the National Security Commission on Artificial 
Intelligence: Christopher A. R. Darby of New Hampshire.
