                       TANF EXTENSION ACT OF 2019

  Mr. BOOZMAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of H.R. 430, which was received 
from the House.
  The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. The clerk will report the bill by 
title.
  The bill clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 430) to extend the program of block grants to 
     States for temporary assistance for needy families and 
     related programs through June 30, 2019.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. BOOZMAN. I ask unanimous consent that the bill be considered read 
a third time.
  The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. Without objection, it is so 
ordered.
  The bill was ordered to a third reading and was read the third time.
  Mr. BOOZMAN. I know of no further debate on the bill.
