  At the request of Ms. Baldwin, the name of the Senator from Montana 
(Mr. Tester) was added as a cosponsor of S. 30, a bill to require the 
Secretary of Defense to develop and implement a plan to provide 
chiropractic health care services for certain covered beneficiaries as 
part of the TRICARE program.


                                 S. 145

  At the request of Mr. Scott of South Carolina, the name of the 
Senator from Mississippi (Mr. Wicker) was added as a cosponsor of S. 
145, a bill to expand opportunity through greater choice in education, 
and for other purposes.


                                 S. 172

  At the request of Mr. Gardner, the name of the Senator from Oklahoma 
(Mr. Inhofe) was added as a cosponsor of S. 172, a bill to delay the 
reimposition of the annual fee on health insurance providers until 
after 2021.

condemn gross human rights violations of ethnic Turkic Muslims in
