                    BILLS PRESENTED TO THE PRESIDENT

  Karen L. Haas, Clerk of the House, reported that on January 18, 2019, 
she presented to the President of the United States, for his approval, 
the following bill:

       H.R. 251. An act to extend by 15 months the Chemical 
     Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards Program of the Department 
     of Homeland Security, and for other purposes.

  Karen L. Haas, Clerk of the House, further reported that on January 
23, 2019, she presented to the President of the United States, for his 
approval, the following bills:

       H.R. 430. To extend the program of block grants to States 
     for temporary assistance for needy families and related 
     programs through June 30, 2019.
       H.R. 259. To extend the Medicaid Money Follows the Person 
     Rebalancing demonstration, to extend protection for Medicaid 
     recipients of home and community-based services against 
     spousal impoverishment, and for other purposes.
