                         MESSAGE FROM THE HOUSE

  At 11:11 a.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered 
by Mrs. Cole, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House has 
passed the following bill and joint resolutions, in which it requests 
the concurrence of the Senate:

       H.R. 648. An act making appropriations for the fiscal year 
     ending September 30, 2019, and for other purposes.
       H.J. Res. 28. Joint resolution making further continuing 
     appropriations for fiscal year 2019, and for other purposes.
       H.J. Res. 31. Joint resolution making further continuing 
     appropriations for the Department of Homeland Security for 
     fiscal year 2019, and for other purposes.
