                    ADJOURNMENT UNTIL 3 P.M. MONDAY

  Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, if there is no further business to come 
before the Senate, I ask that it stand adjourned under the provisions 
of S. Res. 31 and do so as a further mark of respect for the late 
Harris Wofford, Jr., former Senator for the Commonwealth of 
Pennsylvania.

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order and pursuant to S. 
Res. 31, the Senate stands adjourned until 3 p.m. on Monday, January 
28, and does so as a further mark of respect for the late Harris L. 
Wofford, Jr., former Senator from Pennsylvania.
  There being no objection, the Senate, at 4:42 p.m., adjourned until 
Monday, January 28, 2019, at 3 p.m.
