Mr. Speaker, I have a motion at the desk on the resolution (H. Res. 77) expressing the sense of Congress that financial institutions and other companies should work proactively with their customers affected by the shutdown of the Federal Government who may be facing short-term financial hardship and long-term damage to their creditworthiness through no fault of their own. The Clerk read as follows: Ms. Waters moves that the House reconsider the vote by which the motion to suspend the rules and agree to House Resolution 77 was adopted. Motion to Table Mr. HOYER. Stated for: Ms. PRESSLEY. Madam Speaker, I missed the vote due to a press conference for my first bill in Rayburn. Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea'' on rollcall No. 59 on the motion to table. Stated against: Mr. WESTERMAN. Madam Speaker, I was unavoidably detained.
