             NATIONAL TRIBAL COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES WEEK

  Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the consideration of S. Res. 37, submitted earlier today.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The senior assistant bill clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 37) designating the week beginning 
     February 3, 2019, as ``National Tribal Colleges and 
     Universities Week.''

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
  Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I know of no further debate on the 
measure.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. There being no further debate, the question is 
on the adoption of the resolution.
  The resolution (S. Res. 37) was agreed to.
  Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
preamble be agreed to and that the motions to reconsider be considered 
made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or debate.
  The preamble was agreed to.
