                          NOMINATION REFERRAL

  Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, as in executive session, I ask 
unanimous consent that the nomination of PN 191, Ronald D. Vitiello, of 
Illinois, to be an Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security, referred 
to the Homeland Security Committee, upon reporting out be referred to 
the Judiciary Committee for a period not to exceed 60 calendar days, 
after which the nomination, if still in committee, be discharged and 
placed on the Executive Calendar.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there objection?
