                         MESSAGE FROM THE HOUSE

  At 3:25 p.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered 
by Mrs. Cole, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House has 
passed the following bills, in which it requests the concurrence of the 
Senate:

       H.R. 450. An act to amend title 18, United States Code, to 
     provide an additional tool to prevent certain frauds against 
     veterans, and for other purposes.
       H.R. 494. An act to amend the Omnibus Crime Control and 
     Safe Streets Act of 1968 to reauthorize the Juvenile 
     Accountability Block Grant program, and for other purposes.
       H.R. 507. An act to direct the Attorney General to study 
     issues relating to human trafficking, and for other purposes.
       H.R. 752. An act to amend titles 5 and 28, United States 
     Code, to require the maintenance of databases on awards of 
     fees and other expenses to prevailing parties in certain 
     administrative proceedings and court cases to which the 
     United States is a party, and for other purposes.
       H.R. 840. An act to amend title 38, United States Code, to 
     direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide child 
     care assistance to veterans receiving certain medical 
     services provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs.


                          Enrolled Bill Signed

  The President pro tempore (Mr. Grassley) announced that on today, 
February 11, 2019, he had signed the following enrolled bill, which was 
previously signed by the Speaker of the House:

       H.R. 439. An act to amend the charter of the Future Farmers 
     of America, and for other purposes.
