                           MEASURES REFERRED

  The following bills were read the first and the second times by 
unanimous consent, and referred as indicated:

       H.R. 450. An act to amend title 18, United States Code, to 
     provide an additional tool to prevent certain frauds against 
     veterans, and for other purposes; to the Committee on the 
     Judiciary.
       H.R. 494. An act to amend the Omnibus Crime Control and 
     Safe Streets Act of 1968 to reauthorize the Juvenile 
     Accountability Block Grant program, and for other purposes; 
     to the Committee on the Judiciary.
       H.R. 507. An act to direct the Attorney General to study 
     issues relating to human trafficking, and for other purposes; 
     to the Committee on the Judiciary.
       H.R. 752. An act to amend titles 5 and 28, United States 
     Code, to require the maintenance of databases on awards of 
     fees and other expenses to prevailing parties in certain 
     administrative proceedings and court cases to which the 
     United States is a party, and for other purposes; to the 
     Committee on the Judiciary.
       H.R. 840. An act to amend title 38, United States Code, to 
     direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide child 
     care assistance to veterans receiving certain medical 
     services provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs; to 
     the Committee on Veterans' Affairs.
