                      PUBLIC BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS

  Under clause 2 of rule XII, public bills and resolutions of the 
following titles were introduced and severally referred, as follows:

           By Ms. LEE of California:
       H.R. 1151. A bill to allow veterans to use, possess, or 
     transport medical marijuana and to discuss the use of medical 
     marijuana with a physician of the Department of Veterans 
     Affairs as authorized by a State or Indian Tribe, and for 
     other purposes; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and 
     in addition to the Committees on the Judiciary, and Veterans' 
     Affairs, for a period to be subsequently determined by the 
     Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as 
     fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
           By Mr. SCHNEIDER (for himself, Mr. Foster, Mr. 
             Lipinski, Mr. Casten of Illinois, and Ms. Underwood):
       H.R. 1152. A bill to require the Administrator of the 
     Environmental Protection Agency to revise certain ethylene 
     oxide emissions standards under the Clean Air Act, and for 
     other purposes; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce.
