                         MESSAGE FROM THE HOUSE

  At 12:31 p.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered 
by Mr. Novotny, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House has 
passed the following bill and joint resolution, in which it requests 
the concurrence of the Senate:

       H.R. 995. An act to amend chapter 3 of title 5, United 
     States Code, to require the publication of settlement 
     agreements, and for other purposes.
       H.J. Res. 37. Joint resolution directing the removal of 
     United States Armed Forces from hostilities in the Republic 
     of Yemen that have not been authorized by Congress.
