(Mr. Portman) was added as a cosponsor of S. 80, a bill to repeal the 
annual fee on health insurance providers enacted by the Patient 
Protection and Affordable Care Act.

  At the request of Mr. Sasse, the name of the Senator from Alabama 
(Mr. Shelby) was added as a cosponsor of S. 130, a bill to amend title 
18, United States Code, to prohibit a health care practitioner from 
failing to exercise the proper degree of care in the case of a child 
who survives an abortion or attempted abortion.

  At the request of Mr. Tester, the name of the Senator from California 
(Ms. Harris) was added as a cosponsor of S. 208, a bill to amend title 
10, United States Code, to permit certain retired members of the 
uniformed services who have a service-connected disability to receive 
both disability compensation from the Department of Veterans Affairs 
for their disability and either retired pay by reason of their years of 
military service or Combat-Related Special Compensation, and for other 
purposes.

XVIII of the Social Security Act to improve access to, and utilization 
of, bone mass measurement benefits under part B of the Medicare program 
by establishing a minimum payment amount under such part for bone mass 
measurement.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement to take into custody certain aliens
