                 ENACTING INTO LAW A BILL BY REFERENCE

  Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 26, S. 483.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (S. 483) to enact into law a bill by reference.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. McCONNELL. I ask unanimous consent that the bill be considered 
read a third time.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The bill was ordered to be engrossed for a third reading and was read 
the third time.
  Mr. McCONNELL. I know of no further debate on the bill.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there further debate?
  If not, the question is, Shall the bill pass?
  The bill (S. 483) passed, as follows:

       Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of 
     the United States of America in Congress assembled,
       Sec. __. (a) H.R. 1029 of the 115th Congress, as passed by 
     the Senate on June 28, 2018, is enacted into law.
       (b) In publishing this Act in slip form and in the United 
     States Statutes at Large pursuant to section 112 of title 1, 
     United States Code, the Archivist of the United States shall 
     include after the date of approval at the end an appendix 
     setting forth the text of the bill referred to in subsection 
     (a).

  Mr. McCONNELL. I ask unanimous consent that the motion to reconsider 
be considered made and laid upon the table.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
