  Mr. POSEY. Madam Speaker, my return flight to Washington, D.C., was 
delayed due to technical difficulty, and I was unable to attend the 
legislative session on March 5, 2019.
  Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea'' on Roll Call No. 104, 
and ``yea'' on Roll Call No. 105.
