                          Enrolled Bill Signed

  The President pro tempore (Mr. Grassley) announced that on today, 
April 1, 2019, he has signed the following enrolled bill, which was 
previously signed by the Speaker of the House:

       S. 863. An act to amend title 38, United States Code, to 
     clarify the grade and pay of podiatrists of the Department of 
     Veterans Affairs.
