                   EXECUTIVE AND OTHER COMMUNICATIONS

  The following communications were laid before the Senate, together 
with accompanying papers, reports, and documents, and were referred as 
indicated:

       EC-809. A communication from the Acting Secretary of 
     Defense, transmitting a report on the approved retirement of 
     General Curtis M. Scaparrotti, United States Army, and his 
     advancement to the grade of general on the retired list; to 
     the Committee on Armed Services.
       EC-810. A communication from the Director of Legislative 
     Affairs, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, transmitting, 
     pursuant to law, the report of a rule entitled ``Disclosure 
     of Financial and Other Information by FDIC-Insured State 
     Nonmember Banks'' (RIN3064-AE65) received in the Office of 
     the President of the Senate on March 27, 2019; to the

     National Credit Union Administration, transmitting, pursuant
