Mr. CONNOLLY. Madam Speaker, I rise to recognize the Vienna Business
Association (VBA) and to congratulate the incoming members of the 2019
Board of Directors.
Vienna is known for its local charm and strong small business
community. Money Magazine and CNN have both rated Vienna as one of the
best places to live in the United States. The vibrant community spirit
exhibited by its residents and local businesses has fostered an
exceptional quality of life that is cherished by so many.
The Vienna Business Association is the voice of the greater Vienna
business community. It promotes business opportunities and development
through networking and increased interaction between the commercial and
residential communities within the town.
