  The following petitions and memorials were laid before the Senate and 
were referred or ordered to lie on the table as indicated:

       POM-30. A resolution adopted by the Town Commission of 
     Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, Florida expressing the Commission's 
     opposition to legislation prohibiting local regulation of 
     vacation rentals; to the Committee on Banking, Housing, and 
     Urban Affairs.
       POM-31. A resolution adopted by the Board of Supervisors of 
     the City and County of San Francisco, California, relative to 
     new Title X regulations; to the Committee on Health, 
     Education, Labor, and Pensions.
       POM-32. A petition from a citizen of the State of Ohio 
     relative to the Ohio State Supreme Court; to the Committee on 
     the Judiciary.
