                               MEMORIALS

  Under clause 3 of rule XII, memorials were presented and referred as 
follows:

       22. The SPEAKER presented a memorial of the Senate of the 
     Commonwealth of Kentucky, relative to Senate Resolution No. 
     119, urging the President and Congress of the United States 
     to recognize June 14 as National Bourbon Day; to the 
     Committee on Oversight and Reform.
       23. Also, a memorial of the House of Representatives of the 
     State of Illinois, relative to House Joint Resolution No. 24, 
     urging the Congress of the United States and the President of 
     the United States to enact legislation securing the 
     citizenship of all internationally adopted children who are 
     now adults; to the Committee on the Judiciary.
       24. Also, a memorial of the House of Representatives of the 
     State of Illinois, relative to House Resolution No. 60, 
     urging Congress to pass legislation in support of the 
     expansion of the presumptions for Agent Orange

     exposure for veteran treatment purposes; to the Committee on 
     Veterans' Affairs.
