     cybersecurity of the Small Business Administration, and for

       H.R. 2332. A bill to amend the Ethics in Government Act of 
     1978 to require the disclosure of tax returns of candidates

     marijuana in compliance with State law may not be denied

       H.R. 2339. A bill to amend the Federal Food, Drug, and 
     Cosmetic Act with respect to the sale and marketing of

       H.R. 2340. A bill to direct the Secretary of Veterans 
     Affairs to provide to Congress notice of any suicide or 
     attempted suicide of a veteran in a Department of Veterans 
     Affairs facility, and for other purposes; to the Committee on 
     Veterans' Affairs.

       H.R. 2341. A bill to direct the Postmaster General to 
     modify any hard copy change of address form used by the 
     United States Postal Service so that such form contains a 
     reminder that any individual using such form should update 
     the individual's voter registration as a result of any change 
     in address; to the Committee on Oversight and Reform.
           By Mr. RYAN:
       H.R. 2342. A bill to amend titles 10 and 41, United States 
     Code, to provide a contracting preference for contractors 
     that retain American jobs and purchase goods and services in 
     the United States, and for other purposes; to the Committee 
     on Oversight and Reform, and in addition to the Committee on 
     Armed Services, for a period to be subsequently determined by 
     the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such 
     provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee 
     concerned.
           By Mr. SHERMAN (for himself, Mr. Zeldin, Mr. Trone, Mr. 
             Mast, Mr. Gottheimer, and Mr. Weber of Texas):
       H.R. 2343. A bill to require the Secretary of State to 
     submit annual reports reviewing the educational material used 
     by the Palestinian Authority or the United Nations Relief and 
     Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East in the 
     West Bank and Gaza, and for other purposes; to the Committee 
     on Foreign Affairs.

       H.R. 2344. A bill to amend the Small Business Act to 
     provide interim partial payment to small business contractors 
     that request an equitable adjustment due to a change in the 
     terms of a construction contract, and for other purposes; to 
     the Committee on Small Business.

       H.R. 2345. A bill to amend the Small Business Act to 
     clarify the intention of Congress that the Administrator of 
     the Small Business Administration is subject to certain 
     requirements with respect to establishing size standards for 
     small business concerns, and for other purposes; to the 
     Committee on Small Business.

       H.R. 2346. A bill to amend the Immigration and Nationality 
     Act to protect the well-being of soldiers and their families, 
     and for other purposes; to the Committee on the Judiciary.

             Mr. Cuellar):
       H.R. 2347. A bill to expand in-country processing of family 
     units and minors in Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador to 
     provide relief to the southern border and uphold access to 
     humanitarian protection consistent with U.S. laws; to the 
     Committee on the Judiciary.

       H. Res. 324. A resolution recognizing the importance of the 
     United States-Israel economic relationship and encouraging
