       H.R. 2348. A bill to require automatic sealing of certain 
     criminal records, and for other purposes; to the Committee on 
     the Judiciary.
           By Mrs. DINGELL (for herself, Mr. Moulton, Mr. Gallego, 
             Ms. Brownley of California, Ms. Wasserman Schultz, 
             Ms. Norton, and Mr. Cohen):
       H.R. 2349. A bill to authorize the National Oceanic and 
     Atmospheric Administration to establish a Climate Change 
     Education Program, and for other purposes; to the Committee 
     on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the Committee on 
     Education and Labor, for a period to be subsequently 
     determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of 
     such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the 
     committee concerned.
           By Ms. KUSTER of New Hampshire (for herself and Mr. 
             King of New York):
       H.R. 2350. A bill to award a Congressional Gold Medal to 
     the 23d Headquarters, Special Troops and the 3133rd Signal 
     Service Company, in recognition of their unique and highly 
     distinguished service as a ``Ghost Army'' that conducted 
     deception operations in Europe during World War II; to the 
     Committee on Financial Services, and in addition to the 
     Committee on House Administration, for a period to be 
     subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
     consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
     jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
           By Mr. SMITH of Washington (for himself, Ms. Jayapal, 
             Mr. Ted Lieu of California, Ms. Schakowsky, Mr. 
             Lynch, Mr. Suozzi, and Ms. Jackson Lee):
       H.R. 2351. A bill to direct the Administrator of the 
     Federal Aviation Administration to conduct a study relating 
     to ultrafine particles, and for other purposes; to the 
     Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.
           By Ms. WASSERMAN SCHULTZ (for herself, Ms. Mucarsel-
             Powell, Mr. Buchanan, and Mr. Gaetz):
       H.R. 2352. A bill to improve the ability of the National 
     Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the Coast Guard, and 
     coastal States to sustain healthy ocean and coastal 
     ecosystems by maintaining and sustaining their capabilities 
     relating to oil spill preparedness, prevention, and response, 
     and for other purposes; to the Committee on Transportation 
     and Infrastructure, and in addition to the Committees on 
     Natural Resources, and Science, Space, and Technology, for a 
     period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each 
     case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
     jurisdiction of the committee concerned.

       H. Con. Res. 35. Concurrent resolution expressing the sense 
     of Congress that the United States is committed to ensuring a 
     safe and healthy climate for future generations, and to 
     creating solutions for restoring the climate; to the 
     Committee on Energy and Commerce.
