                  ENROLLED JOINT RESOLUTION PRESENTED

  The Secretary of the Senate reported that on April 16, 2019, she had 
presented to the President of the United States the following enrolled 
joint resolution:

       S.J. Res. 7. Joint resolution to direct the removal of 
     United States Armed Forces from hostilities in the Republic 
     of Yemen that have not been authorized by Congress.
