                        MESSAGE FROM THE SENATE

  A message from the Senate by Ms. Lasky, one of its clerks, announced 
that the Senate has passed a bill of the following title in which the 
concurrence of the House is required:

       S. 406. An act to establish a Federal rotational cyber 
     workforce program for the Federal cyber workforce.

  The message also announced that the Senate has agreed to a concurrent 
resolution of the following title in which the concurrrence of the 
House is requested:

       S. Con. Res. 13. Concurrent Resolution reaffirming the 
     United States commitment to Taiwan and to the implementation 
     of the Taiwan Relations Act.
