  Under clause 2 of rule XIII, reports of committees were delivered to 
the Clerk for printing and reference to the proper calendar, as 
follows:

       Mr. THOMPSON of Mississippi: Committee on Homeland 
     Security. H.R. 1232. A bill to amend the Illegal Immigration 
     Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 to repeal 
     certain waiver authority relating to the construction of new 
     border barriers, and for other purposes (Rept. 116-45). 
     Referred to the Committee of the Whole House on the state of 
     the Union.
       Mr. PALLONE: Committee on Energy and Commerce. H.R. 938. A 
     bill to amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, with 
     respect to eligibility for approval of a subsequent generic 
     drug, to remove the barrier to that approval posed by the 
     180-day exclusivity period afforded to a first generic 
     applicant that has not yet received final approval, and for 
     other purposes (Rept. 116-46). Referred to the Committee of 
     the Whole House on the state of the Union.
       Mr. PALLONE: Committee on Energy and Commerce. H.R. 1503. A 
     bill to amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act 
     regarding the list under section 505(j)(7) of the Federal 
     Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and for other purposes; with an 
     amendment (Rept. 116-47). Referred to the Committee of the 
     Whole House on the state of the Union.
